Authorization is not needed to return equipment for service. Please include your address, telephone number, e-mail address (optional), amateur radio call sign (optional), and a brief description of the problem.

In most cases accessories are not needed unless it's unique to the equipment as are some batteries and microphones. If you're not sure what to return please contact us for help.

Equipment maybe sent to us by UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Please use the carrier of your choice.
